Czech Cont.

We took a day trip from Prague to Kutna Hora to see the Sedlec Ossuary. Decorated with the bones of 40,000 people, it was an amazing thing to see, but there were enough tourists inside ooing and ahhing to lose the creepy quality it should've had. Definitley worth the trip though, where else are you gonna see something like this?

Czech Rep

The Czech Republic was a much needed break from the rest of Europe, mostly on the wallet, getting around and staying is cheap, but most importantly big tasty beers are cheaper than water. Maybe thats why of everywhere we went Prague had the highest number of drunk locals walking around at all times of the day. Or maybe they drink alot because they're always in a bad mood, many of the czech people we encountered seemed to be, almost made us feel like we were back in NY.

Dresden

This sounded like one crazy place; only in Germany.

Dresden was a cool place. A bit run down and grimy; it still had that eastern bloc feel. Beer was good and cheap, curried sausage was great against all expectations. There's tons of young punk rockers hanging out in the streets drinking all night, and little record shops and pubs everywhere.

Amsterdam

A tour of the former Heineken brewery was good, not super interesting, but they provide you with 3 beers and a bottle opener with your ticket.

Someone told me the grass is famous in Amsterdam, here's a pile,maybe this isn't what they meant.
